Happy Sushi story begin

Continuing the family business tradition in the restaurant industry, since we first moved to Norway, we started to take our first steps in our career as chefs.
After more than 20 years working at great restaurants in Norway, with many different types of cuisines from countries such as Vietnam, China, Thailand, Japan. We started with Happy Sushi og Bubble Tea.

Amidst the currents of uncertainty, the story of a resilient refugee unfolds, leading to an unexpected destiny in Norway. Fleeing their homeland in search of safety, they found solace in their dreams of culinary creation. With determination as their compass, they embarked on a new chapter, trading their past for the art of sushi-making. Through persistence and dedication, they honed their skills, embracing the flavors of their new home while infusing their dishes with echoes of their origin. Today, as a sushi chef in Norway, they not only craft delectable rolls but also a tale of triumph over adversity, reminding us of the remarkable journeys that can arise from the fusion of passion and circumstance.
